Banana Oat Pancakes
Whenever I crave pancakes, I indulge myself with these. And here’s a little secret: my son does too. When a toddler is satisfied with the healthiest version of a guilty pleasure, then you know you are parenting the right way. Sometimes I even add some choc chips and blueberries in them and they are super delicious either way.
Happy munchkin!
