31.7 oz boiled potatoes 900 g | |
7 oz sliced smoked salmon 200 g | |
2 spring onions | |
1 handful chopped parsley | |
1 lemon zest | |
1 tbsp mayo | |
3.5 tbsp breadcrumbs | |
1 tbsp olive oil | |
1 egg | |

Directions

Boil the potatoes, smash them roughly, and add all other ingredients to them. Mix it well and form your fishcakes.

Add greased parchment paper in the air fryer and fry them for about 8 minutes per side at 390 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius or until golden brown. It's so easy but so tasty.
