Air-Fried Smoked Salmon Fishcakes

If you are looking for a tasty and healthy meal that’s easy to make, look no further than my smoked salmon fishcakes. They are packed with a bunch of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and plenty of flavor. And a big plus is that they are air-fried. Awesome, right? 31.7 oz boiled potatoes 900 g
7 oz sliced smoked salmon 200 g
2 spring onions
1 handful chopped parsley
1 lemon zest
1 tbsp mayo
3.5 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg


Boil the potatoes, smash them roughly, and add all other ingredients to them. Mix it well and form your fishcakes.

Add greased parchment paper in the air fryer and fry them for about 8 minutes per side at 390 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius or until golden brown. It's so easy but so tasty.

If you want, you can make the dipping sauce with Greek yogurt, dried garlic flakes, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Bon Appetit.
