Creamy Gnocchi with Smoked Salmon
On rainy days, I always try to cheer up by cooking something delicious but at the same time easy and not time-consuming. So, I came up with this recipe for creamy gnocchi with smoked salmon that will blow your mind.

| 14 oz gnocchi 400 g | |
| 0.5 red onion | |
| 2 cloves garlic | |
| 0.5 tsp grated ginger | |
| 3.4 fl oz white wine 100 ml | |
| 5.3 oz of low-fat cream cheese (you can use full-fat) 150 g | |
| 3.5 oz Greek yogurt 100 g | |
| 4.2 oz of smoked salmon 120 g | |
| Dill, black pepper, oregano to taste | |
| 0.5 lime juice |
Directions

Cook your gnocchi according to the package instructions.

In a saucepan, sauté the red onion along with the garlic and ginger.

Add the white wine, low-fat cream cheese with chives, and Greek yogurt. Mix it all together and add a little bit of water to thin it out if necessary.

Add the sliced smoked salmon, dill, black pepper, oregano, and half-lime lime juice, and add the cooked gnocchi. I didn't add salt because of the saltiness of the salmon and cream cheese, but that's a personal preference.
